Floor Plans
All villas are one, two, or three bedrooms. One-bedroom occupancies are situated in a two-bedroom villa. However, guests with these accommodations will only have access to the beachfront master bedroom and other living spaces in the villa, and will not have access to the second back bedroom. If you require more space, please consider booking a two or three-bedroom unit.
Villa Rates
Villas are available for daily, weekly, or monthly rental. Rates are based on whether you rent a one, two, or three bedroom villa, and the number of bedrooms occupied. Our prices include daily housekeeping service, so you do not need to worry about cleaning up after yourself on your vacation.
All rates are subject to a five percent government tax. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit, and the full balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Rates are subject to change without notice.
